Great location in Hunters Creek. Safe and clean. 2bd/2ba apartment, to include pools and gym rooms in complex. Unfurnished private bedroom with walk-in closet, private bathroom, and direct entrance from room to patio available. Utilities are included (electricity, water, and high-speed internet). I have the current lease until 04/2024; we can talk about possible renewal if all goes well. Cameras outside and in common areas. Multiple dog parks in surrounding areas. You must be added to the lease, which is $365 for application and background check (required). If you have a dog, it is an additional first-time fee of $400, and then additional $25/per month. Multiple parking spots. Close to everything. Cameras through out (except for the available bedroom and bathroom).

Respectful of others boundaries and clean/neat. I wash my dishes and put away my belongings, or as an example, if I am tight on the time and I cook breakfast in the morning, I’ll put the dishes in the sink in hot water/soap and once I get home - I wash them. Counters are always clean, I do not like a dirty home or bugs. I like privacy and give that in return. I’m a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I do go out once in a while with friends and family, whether that’s something to do in nature, a class, the movies, a dance social, etc. If you like to play loud music or have the TV super high between the hours of 10:30pm - 5:30am, we are most likely not a good fit. I do have a few family members or very close friends come over to spend time with. I have close relatives in law enforcement, so I don’t allow any type of drugs or smoking cigarettes in the apartment (there is also a $300 fee the first time as it is not allowed on the premises and then harsher penalties). You will need to buy your own food. Communication is big for me. So I expect that in a roommate. I’m truly looking for a roommate that has these same qualities.
