Very isolated tucked back in the woods. Stream, springs, watershed, Tye river in the back yard. Humble hunting lodge converted to single family home. Large recreational (TYE) river bank can be used for camping and recreation. 2 Kayaks available! Tons of wildlife and privacy. Two dogs on premises one little one quite large so you’re required to be able to handle dogs. Rent negotiable in exchange for work. Private room, bathroom is shared with guests but I rarely have company. Shower only. This is mountainous and the terrain to get around can be a little rough so you’d need to be able to hike to enjoy the property. The recreation you’d obtain from my property is well worth the cost! Male or female welcome. My dogs are not used to young children. FIRE ARMS on property which will remain in my private bedroom behind locked door when I’m not home. Cameras inside and outside in common areas. Inside camera can be disabled when someone is home.

I am 54 yr old and I work full time with adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities, veterans and the elderly. I live alone in a 3 bedroom house. I am physically disabled but quite capable of handling my affairs. I am an animal lover, I enjoy doing crafts, diamond painting, puzzles, going for long walks, making medicine from plants that I wildcraft, I’m 420 friendly and have a legal prescription, I do not drink alcohol minus a few glasses of wine on special occasions. I’m a very private person when it pertains to strangers in the house so keep that in mind if you’re super social. Exceptions can be made with considerations to that fact. Once I’m comfortable with your friend/girl/boy friend occasional visits are fine. Lastly, you may use the river bank for camping with multiple friends or running the river in my kyacks or tubes, there’s a drop off point upriver.
