This master bedroom suite is located in Indian Palms CC & Resort (Indio), it is gated with full time security. The condo also has a security system outside (4 cameras) - you have access. I’ve never had an issue in 18 years but security nice to have. Inside all doors lock to MB suite - you hold the only keys so please don’t lose them!!!

The room comes with a private attached garage and remote door opener for your car.

The country club has pools/saunas, three golf courses, and restaurant/bar. The location can’t be beat as everything you could ever want is close - example: Walmart grocery is across the street.

The condo is a one-story end unit with the best views in CC. Living room, kitchen, and back patio see mountains, palm trees, fairway and golf green across from a large pond with a large waterfall. Everything facing west, spectacular sunsets daily.

The entire home is very quiet with new insulated windows and doors; it’s peaceful and located in the center of resort - so no road noise. If you like quiet nights this is perfect.

The master bedroom suite is huge, high vaulted ceilings. You can add/subtract furniture including your own bed etc., Here’s what’s there now. TV, newer queen sized pillow top mattress, new sheets, pillows, covers, blankets, etc.. tons of storage, large six dresser drawer, and another dresser with two more drawers; even more shelving in the walk-in closet.

Vanity is six feet long - mirror above - two full length mirrors as walk in closet doors. TV, dimmer lights, lamps, standing light, garbage can and laundry hamper. Bathroom has a large walk-in tiled shower with double nozzles and a bench. Shower has a skylight above for natural sunlight. Toilet is new and spotless.

You get access to every room except other bedroom/vanity/closet. The new kitchen is gorgeous - all wood cabinets with sliding soft close drawers, seamless granite countertops, new appliances, two ovens, 5 gas cooktops, microwave, coffee pot, BBQ, dishwasher, fridge - you get half the space fridge, food storage, etc., Dishes, cups, utensils, pots and pans, it’s all included. So is use of vacuums, mops, brooms, and washer dryer.

You will feel at home on day one - the home simply needs you, your car (please no oil leaks etc), and clothes it’s an easy move!

Rent is month to month, basic security deposit of $250 paid in cash the day you move out if everything looks ok, typical wear and tear expected.
