The home is in a quiet suberb. No drama, plenty of space between neighbors. No crime in the area that I’m aware of. No washer and dryer atm, but looking to improve the home. Priority of what to improve first will heavily depend on what my potential roomey wants/needs.

First time home owner, I got surprised when my mortgage jumped up 500 dollars with the new year. I’m a 38 year old professional. I’m about to pick up a second job, so I’ll be working most of the time. I exercise and eat right (I cook and meal prep). I’d like to find someone in a similar situation, who is trying to get ahead and doesn’t have time for drama.
