3 bedroom 2 bath located just outside of downtown Northpark. Looking for a roommate to take over my lease by the end of the month. The lease is month to month and is 1225 with roughly 80 dollars in utilities. The house has a big front patio and and a spacious back yard. Coffee shops and restaurants are all in walking distance from this property. On of the roommates has a dog so the new tenant must be comfortable with that. The room is private with a shared bathroom. In unit laundry and dryer.

One of the roommates has a dog as previously mentioned and works at a bar. He is generally gone most nights and at the house during the day. The other roommate is pursuing his masters at SDSU and is gone studying and at school everyday. Both clean and respectful.
