Living room has a projector setup, has a garage I don’t use and nice spacious kitchen. 2 living room 1 .5 bath the .5 is in the bedroom. With double pain windows. Washer dryer and dishwasher.

I currently have 2 roommates moving out of town I love them but they’re leaving and need someone to help with rent. I currently have a well behaved and friendly doggo and kitty who are groomed weekly by me 😂 but they’re clean and the cat doesn’t get on counters dog isn’t a barker.
