Great Condo Building on Bay Road close to everything you need Sarasota Memorial Hospital less then 1 mile, from grocery stores Publix, Aldi, Trader Joes, pharmacy CVS & Walgreens, restaurants Oasis Cafe, Conners, Toasted Yolk and so many more, cleaners and gym LA Fitness all walking distance. Very quite building build it the 70’s the building primarily is owners/renters retired or young professionals. The unit faces the back of building on first floor away from noise. The property has beautiful oak trees throughout property. Very close to Siesta Key Beach, 1 mile to SMH ( Sarasota Memorial Hospital) and 5 miles to HCA Doctor’s Hospital, Close to I75. Must be pet friendly as i have cats.

Im a great down to earth guy that loves life and enjoys it. I love my cats my fur babies, Yes they are spoiled, love outdoors bike riding, watering my plants, watching movies, cooking having glass of wine or an ice cold beer & spiritual. I work 45hrs a week long days/nights.
