I live in a 3 bed, 2 bath house in a gated community in sun valley. Parking is free, as well as internet and trash. I can help furnish your room if you dont have furniture. The house itself is a 10 minute drive from UNR if that’s important to you, and an 8 minute drive from all the nice shopping centers in spanish springs.

Im a student at UNR majoring in math and psych. I’m a liberal but it’s not very important that the people I live with are. I’m an extrovert, and I have friends over every once and a while but we’re pretty mellow. I dont smoke or drink. I’m also very neat and clean. I’d like to think im a pretty understanding person and im good at setting, and respecting boundaries.

My current roommate is more conservative and is an introvert. Aside from that she’s pretty similar to me in lifestyle.
