hello! I am looking for someone (UC DAVIS STUDENTS ONLY)to take over my 12 month lease at Sol West Village starting in September. You would be taking over just one of the two rooms in the apartment. The room is a single with a bathroom attached. All of the basic furniture in the pictures is included (bed frame with a mattress, night stand, desk, and all of the furniture in the living room). Rent is $1680 (you can also pay an additional fee for parking) a month (I WILL ALSO OFFER $200 TOWARDS RENT EVERY MONTH FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THE LEASE—YOU WOULD PAY $1480/mo). The apartment is located at Sol West Village which comes with many amenities including: -multiple gyms -a pool and hot tub -study room -private balcony -entertainment rooms -bike paths that lead straight to campus (less than 10 minute bike ride)
