Private bed and bath in clean townhouse in a safe and quiet gated community with only one roommate. This is a temporary room for 3-4 months however if you need something longer that could be a possibility. The room is unfurnished but I have a brand new mattress you can use if you just moved here and don’t have furniture yet. Internet provided.

Only myself no other roommates. I am an easy going fitness minded single male so a plus if you go to the gym. I am drama free, drug free, open minded and seeking same, smoking/420 outside only please. As for guests I rarely have any and I don’t mind if you do, but they need to be respectful of both you and me and free of drama. I work from home as needed during the day but have a separate office. NOTE: I keep the place slightly on the warmer side so if you require a place on the cold side that would probably be an issue.
