I am currently searching for a respectful female professional, aged 40 or above, to share my house as a flatmate. (One person only) I am offering a single bedroom for rent in a two-bedroom apartment located in the Hillcrest neighborhood. This location is conveniently close to the hospital, grocery store, restaurants, I-95, and just 15 minutes away from Hollywood Beach.

The ideal roommate should hold a full-time job and possess a clean record (please be aware that a background check will be conducted). The available accommodation includes a private bedroom and a personal bathroom. All utilities, such as electricity, water, garbage, Internet, and Netflix, will be fully covered in the rent. Although the washer and dryer are not situated within the unit, they are conveniently located on the same floor as the apartment.

You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy the various condominium amenities, which include access to swimming pools, a barbecue area, and a park with walking paths.

The room comes furnished with a comfortable bed and TV. As part of the application process, please provide a background check and proof of employment spanning a period of six months to a year. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited and no pets allowed. If you meet these criteria and are interested in a peaceful and welcoming living arrangement, I look forward to hearing from you.
