Alec's room

A third bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment in Belchertown. The area is pretty quiet and safe, and is within a mile of a stop & shop and a few local restaurants. The rest of the apartment is already furnished, but the bedroom is empty. The apartment has a full bathroom and a dishwasher. The bedroom is a pretty decent size (for comparison I have a queen bed, a computer desk and a long dresser, and all three rooms are roughly the same size). The room in question also has a closet. The utilities are heat, electric, and internet. The intention is to split rent and utilities evenly.

I (29m) and my roommate (27f) are pretty easy going and laid back. We are pretty neat and we like to keep the place clean. We’re looking for a third roommate as rent has recently gone up, so we decided it would be best to make use of the extra bedroom. We’re hoping to find a similarly quiet, friendly person. We don’t party or make a mess, and are respectful in regards to noise, sharing the space, and sharing responsibilities. We’re hoping to find someone who wants to stay for 1 or 2 years, but if we get along we’d be open to having you stay longer. —we are looking for someone close to us in age, no children or couples—
