Room available in quiet house, furnished and all bills included. The room is the only occupied bedroom upstairs and is adjacent to an open family room. Decent wifi and streaming services included. There is a full en-suite bathroom. Common areas include a sitting room downstairs, kitchen and laundry room. Driveway parking is available. House is off of 183 A and it is a quick drive to both Cedar Park and Georgetown.

I work full time in downtown Austin, and am home most evenings. I am a professional in my mid-40s and I am quiet and neat. I have two dogs in the house who are also pretty quiet and keep to themselves when I’m not home. One is a bit of a cranky old lady so other pets are problematic.
