Private room and private bathroom in shared 2010 manufactured home. Room is 11 x 11, with large closet. Bathroom has sink/vanity, toilet, and shower/bathtub. Just renovated both, and use the master bed/bath and additional room as office. Writer, awesome dog, new to renting out rooms, so can be flexible. Internet and garbage paid, but would like to split electric and water. Had removed listing until I was done with renovation—reframing a door and installing cupboard hardware are all that remain.

I’m a teacher and writer, and love interesting people. I bought the property and a new manufactured home in 2010, and am always working to make it a safe space. The views of Mt Jumbo and Mt Sentinel are gorgeous, best enjoyed on the roofed patio. I have an additional shed for storage, a six foot privacy fence and is full of rock gardens and trees, a fire pit in the back. I hope to keep a safe and open space for my awesome dog and I.
