About the room

My roommate and I have one extra room available in our 3 bedroom apartment and we would like to get it filled asap! We are on Broadway by the hospital where there is always street parking. We have one bathroom, a living room, dining room, kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, a balcony, and a spacious backyard. The first picture is the bedroom that will be available, but it will be completely unfurnished. The shared areas are furnished.

About the roomies

Taylor and I are 28 & 30, we have been living here for a couple years. I work from home and she works at a restaurant while in nursing school. We are clean and quiet and love to watch movies, play board games, go for walks, paint, and workout. We have a friendly cat named dewey who likes to sleep and play
