Spring Crossing

I have 2 rooms available. 1 large and 1 medium sized. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood close to 1604 and I35. Lots of nearby parks and grocery stores. For my property I have a 2 car garage however you will need to park in the driveway. In the garage I have a 300 lb set of weights, Bowflex 1090 dumbbells, a squat rack, bench, and treadmill that you can feel free to use.

I’m 33 years old. I was born and raised in San Antonio. I attended college at Sam Houston State University from 2010-2014 and have obtained my bachelor’s degree. I basically just work and chill. I’m very introverted and keep to myself. I have no wife or kids. My job is a work from home job so I’d say that I stay home most of the time during the week however I do tend to leave the house most weekends and will occasionally venture out on a weeknight. I have a 5 year old husky / german shepherd mix named Savage. He’s very friendly with people and other dogs and is one of the most chill dogs you’ll meet. I prefer a roommate who has a quiet lifestyle. Having guests over is fine but no large parties please.
