Looking for a roommate to live in a 2b/2b in Midtown Miami. The apartment is located in the beautiful Midtown 5 building right across from the Trader Joes. The surrounding area is lively and safe, with various restaurants, bars and a variety of shops nearby. The area offers a prime location with a 5 minute drive to Wynwood, Design District, Brickell and downtown Miami. The building offers multiple amenities - Pool, Gym, Sauna, work/study areas, free bike storage, mail room & outdoor grills- all for resident use! The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the bay and the greater city of Miami. The room for rent and apartment are fully furnished, but you can switch out any furniture as you wish in your private room. Parking is an additional $150/month and we have a 4 story garage with plenty of spaces, no assigned parking.
