$175 per week. The property has been recently renovated, just finishing up odds and ends. It includes a large kitchen with stainless appliances and 2 refrigerators. The 2 roommates share one fridge, as well as get their own large pantry cabinet for storage. The other fridge is for my boyfriend and I. There’s a washer and dryer. There’s one full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The full bath has a wall cabinet for each roommate, as well as a shower caddy. The shower has a rainfall panel and body jets. The bedroom is a good size. The home has a PIN code deadbolt, so no keys, just use your custom 4 digit code to get in. Month to month lease required. No dogs please. No drugs, weed, or alcohol in the house.

My boyfriend and I stay in the room downstairs. We are very clean and organized. I stay at home, he’s self employed. I’m 19, he’s 33. We rent out the 2 extra rooms upstairs. We pretty much stay in our rooms. Prefer someone 18 to 30.
