~About the space~

Located near Table Mesa Park-N-Ride. Quiet community of townhouse/apartments. No leasing office, all privately owned. These units are well kept and cute. You will have a large bedroom with sliding mirror closet and your own private balcony! The pictures show the room furnished but it will be completely empty for move-in.

Open concept living room/kitchen with high ceilings (I’m 6ft and can’t reach with my fingers unless I’m on my tippy-toes). Full bath upstairs that we share, half bath downstairs. Inside storage space in the Harry Potter room (closet under stairs) and TONS of storage in the garage outside.

Back patio with minimal furniture, modest patch of grass and a rose bush. Southern facing so that means you can tan!

Hi! I’m Tom. I moved to Boulder 4 years ago and fell in love with this city. I’m 30 years old, waiting tables and pursuing my passion for music. I’m a percussionist, vocalist, synthesist/pianist and I play a little guitar. When I’m jamming on my synths and singing, I’m in my headphones so it’s practically noiseless for you. However, you WILL hear me playing the drums. I have my full acoustic kit in my bedroom and I make an effort to keep the noise down. I’m usually using sound dampening rings that reduce the noise level by 80%. I have a low volume practice drum kit. downstairs. Truth is, I play my practice kit more than my full acoustic because it still feels really good to play and is much quieter. It’s always changing, but I probably only play my acoustic kit for an hour or so a day, three or four days a week.

I work late so I wake up late. If you’ve got a more conventional 9-5 sort of schedule, you’ll have a lot of alone time at the house. I go in to work at 4:30 or 5:30 in the evening and don’t get home until 11:30 or 1 am. I’ll be mindful of my noise cooking food in the wee hours of the night and I expect that you do the same during the more conventional hours to rise in the morning. Live your life and do you, just don’t be carelessly banging around pots and pans. I’ll do the same for you 😊

I’m hoping to find a roommate roughly my age give or take 5 years and who is pursuing something. Whether that’s your passion project, a degree, career or whatever really. But at the end of the day, if you can pay your rent on time and we vibe, that’s all that really matters. I like to keep a clean space so tidiness is important to me. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll leave some dishes to soak overnight, but I also consolidate my mess so you have plenty of space to do your thing.
