We live in a cozy 1523 sq foot home. Built in1975, 3 bedroom 2 bath. (bathroom shared. A lil outdated but we haven’t lived here long) Cute room with a built in closet space with drawers . Can definitely fit A queen bed 2 side tables even a dresser or nightstand and TV (We do have a TV that has Netflix that you could use in the room, but not keep) .Plus more. A window facing out to the neighborhood . We have a nice little kitchen with a bar top area to sit,cook and eat or chill. An unforgivingly beautiful fireplace made of stone. We also have an outdoor seating area that leads out to our full size pool. Lots of pool floats. We keep it very clean. We also have washer and dryer Internet and wifi Also a dining room. All in all very simple clean home. It’s across from the college. And stores and restaurants everywhere. Not really walking distance unless you like to walk in the heat.

We are a gay and interracial couple. We are quiet laid back down to earth people. We both have a job and are very responsible. We like to have a clean home. We spend a lot of time in our living room watching television in our free time when we do have free time. We have a pool, so we spend a lot of time at the pool. sometimes we like to host parties for friends and loved ones and small get together’s. We are quiet but social. He is 60 and I’m 41 . He’s more quiet shy type and I’m the louder outgoing type. Together we have a nice cozy home with a friendly atmosphere. We do like to interact with people. However, its up to you if you prefer more privacy and we respect that.
We do have a small puppy(under 10lbs) Very friendly and loving dog. A new addition to the household. Also this is a cannabis friendly household. Nothing more. We are looking for a like minded individual that is responsible, Respectful ,Doesn’t cause any issues and pays their rent on time. At the current time we’re only looking for short term. No kids. No couples.
