“The Hillcrest House” is Fully furnished house with six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The two rooms with private baths are $795 and four rooms with share baths are $745. This space is a great place for a mature group of individuals. If you’re a traveling professional, educator, truck drivers (note: you cannot park your truck in neighborhood), Military or a person/s that find themself in transition, this will be a great house for you. We’re seeking CLEAN/neat, focused, goal oriented and mature housemates. You are provided:

Note: If there becomes a cleanliness issue in the common areas, a cleaning service will be engaged to clean the common areas monthly at the tenants expense.

• No smoking of any kind is permitted in the house, or on property. This includes cigarettes, cannabis, vaping, hookah, etc.
