This is a room with one window, a walk-in closet and high ceilings. The room has a mini-split, so you will be warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and beautiful. It boarders a green belt. The area is close to the Marvin and Martin intersection—thus it is close to I-5 and not far from much of anything, and a straight shot to JBLM.

You would be living with myself and my other roommate. He works nights and keeps to himself. He is quiet all the time; the only time I hear him is when he opens up his door to use the shared bathroom. He keeps the bathroom neat and clean.

I am clean, tidy and respectful. A considerate and like-minded roommate is a must. I work in healthcare and am gone frequently. My 16 year-old son stays with me from dinner time on Thursdays then overnight until I leave with him to drive him to Olympia High School Friday morning. My ex and I are on good terms and share which weekends make sense for each of us to have him—he stays with her during the week. He enjoys being on screens like most kids, but also likes playing basketball in the park across the street. He contributes to chores as well.
