Hello. My name is Christina. I’m a healthcare professional, author, and entrepreneur. I rent out my private guest bed room. My condo is located in a safe area. It is a locked building, with cameras, and free guest parking.

We will have our own private bedrooms. The bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, dining room, and livingroom will be shared. I keep my home extremely clean so I expect the person renting from me to clean up after themself.

I require anyone who rents from me to sign a housing agreement.
