This is a 7 acre Lexington Hills property with a 7 minutes mountain road from Hwy 17, Summit Road turnoff, 15 minute commute to Los Gatos /Scotts Valley; 18 min to Santa Cruz. Though separated by large acreage properties, this is a friendly, well-established neighborhood with a strong road association.

I am a semi retired woman renting the 2nd story suite for 9 years and have found that the tenants and I have established comfortable boundaries of peace and privacy, respectful of solitude with memorable conversations and the joy of getting to know each other. My son resides, a distance from the rental space, on the property as well as a couple living in a separate structure.
