Sergio's room

This bedroom it’s in a cozy and clean townhouse, and this bedroom has its own closet. My little home has a kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and space to park the car. It has only one bathroom though, therefore it will be shared with me.

I’m a 32 years old, male. I live alone. I have a full time job, I work for a farm and I do have a small business. I’m also currently studying clinical psychology (online). That means, my schedule it’s super busy, as you can see! Random facts about me:

1. I like working out during the week and I follow a very strict diet plan!
2. I love eating healthy, I’m a big fan of animal protein and fruits!
3. I like reading. I have to read due to my classes but I also like it!
4. I’m a big fan of podcasts about psychiatry, psychoanalysis, clinical psychology and social problems.
5. I’m a quiet person and I like to have my space.
6. I love keeping my house clean and organized.
7. I speak English and Spanish!
8. I love country music 😁

The best candidate needs to have: -Full time job -Clean and organized 😬 -Deposit of $400 dlls, plus the first month’s rent. You can give me the deposit in two payments if you need to.🙂 -No smoking or drugs.
