The space includes a master bedroom suite with a private entrance, full bath, closet, mini refrigerator, coffee station, microwave and a smart 55“ tv. Please note there is NO kitchen access. This room is a part of a house, the apartment is downstairs and two masters bedrooms upstairs both rooms available for rent. Please be mindful of noise levels. Noise between units are a possibility. This is a completely private room with a separate entrance. You will park on the back of the house in a designated area. Absolutely no smoking. Also to access the room is a fairly steep stairs, NOT suitable for kids. No pets allowed.

I’m a semiretired female, I lived on the main level of the house with two dogs. The rooms used to be on Airbnb for two years with excellent reviews. Recently the city code change forcing us to remove our listing from that platform.
