Hello I have availability for a shared home 🏠 3 bedrooms 1 bath , I am open to a full house rental for transitional or supportive housing. I am between two hospitals, temple hospital and Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Erie subway station is right near the home 2 to 3 blocks to get to University city downtown Jefferson hospital (close to 20 mins or so) , temple college or Temple hospital is walking distance. DM me if interested. Single room occupancy shared common spaces, laundry in basement, fully furnished house, drug free environment, (internet will be provided and Roku TV once tenants arrive). Open to all tenants

Shared housing ,Kitchen and bathroom individual single rooms. New house available looking to house 3 people. I will check the home regularly and the landlord.
