Sarah's room

Single level apartment located in safe area. I like to keep a clean house and there’s a little patio. Kitchen, living room, and bathroom is fully furnished. I don’t mind sharing my things in the common areas at all, as long as my things are treated with respect. Only room that will not be furnished is the one room I’m renting out. Lots of restaurants and shopping centers around, near Old Town Clovis. Right next to the 168 and a Valero which is convenient. Really friendly and quiet neighbors. Total rent for the place is $1,310 so I ask for half that since my place is already fully furnished and I don’t mind sharing my things. PG&E, utilities, and internet would also be split down the middle. PG&E varies every month obviously, but rarely goes over $170 and averages about $100 a month. Utitlies average about $50 a month and internet $39.

I’m a 25 year old college student finishing a BS in biology at Fresno State and have a full time job. I also have a super friendly German shepherd/husky mix and one cat. I’d say I’m pretty easy-going and laid back, definitely a homebody and enjoy a peaceful environment.
