Looking for a pair of roommates to share a duplex with me, 5 minute walk from Trader Joe’s and the Excelsior & Grand neighborhood. The upstairs is like a 2 bedroom 1bath apartment with one bedroom having an entrance to the deck and back yard. The downstairs has an extra living room, bedroom & bathroom that I’d be taking. The $1420 is for both the upstairs bedrooms. There’s 1 garage parking space, new appliances, a walk-in storage closet space downstairs. Plenty of street parking. It’s a really great deal, I just need roommates. There is a requirement that anyone on the lease needs 690+ credit.

Hi! I’m in my early 30s and work in software engineering. I’ve always had roommates and would prefer it just because I don’t like being stuck home alone all winter. I don’t cook much, don’t smoke, drink rarely. I play board games and sometimes host a board game night once a month for my friends. I’ve ended up making friends with the last handful of roommates I’ve had. It’s not a requirement, but if you want someone to chill on the couch with you while you eat dinner and watch some weird Netflix show, I’m your buddy. Or if you don’t I’ll leave you alone. It’s all pretty good as long as you don’t have a live-in guest. I am allergic to some dogs. I’m agnostic. I’m lgbtq friendly but don’t consider myself queer. Open to young roommates as long as you’re responsible.
