I’m a very laid back, clean and respectful 27 year old male working most of the time with a 4 year old male pitbull mix (beware he’s a cuddler). Apartment has one available room due to a breakup so I need help with the rent. The lease expires the end of October but I’m looking to renew with a roommate to be on the new lease. The next few months would be a trial period for a lease renewal. Looking for a female roommate because males have been too messy and disrespectful in prior living arrangements.
