Beth's room

The room faces into the backyard and is very private.

You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person and occasional daytime guests.

The room is 13’3“ x 9’11“ with a 2’ x 7’ closet. You would have access to and use of the common areas of the house including a gourmet kitchen, large fruit and vegetable garden, and laundry facilities. Pets will be considered on an individual basis and most will require additional pet rent.

The house is five years old. The house has central heating and air conditioning and a gas fireplace.

There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.

The house is 6 minutes from I-205 and SR-500. It is 11 minutes to the I-205 bridge, 14 minutes to WSU Vancouver and 18 minutes to PDX. There are many nearby shopping centers, restaurants, and coffee shops, but none are within easy walking distance of the house.

I’m a gardener who loves to cook. I’m also working and getting the landscape on the house done, but once I have more time, I’ll likely be asking you if you’re willing to be a taste tester. There is currently one large refrigerator for the three of us and a spare fridge in the utility room. I don’t smoke or drink and I’m pretty quiet most of the time.
