West Grouse Road

there are 2 rooms available that i need filled. i have lived in both (long story lol) and they are both nice! one of them has a BIG window and a bigger closet, and the one i live in now is more cozy and personally fit my furniture better. both are great and the shared bathroom is nice- water pressure in the shower is great! the house additionally has a big deck which is unique and the neighborhood area is safe and very family/friend oriented! i always feel so safe and it is always quiet.

i am needing my lease taken over ASAP, but catherine is 23 years old and has two dogs named finn and theo! she is big hearted, likes to have a good time but also likes to keep to herself. she is a quiet roommate also- she has never woken me up! i enjoy her company along with the effort of communication she has given to me regardless of her physical health conditions as of lately. she is getting physical therapy right now, so she will have plenty of support! ☻
