Audra's room

We’re near Sierra Vista Mall, and our complex has covered parking spaces ($5), a nice pool, a gym, a small central lawn area, and some BBQ areas. It’s 3rd floor, 3 bed / 2 bath, maintenance keeps things in order, and the manager is nice. I have 1 room available with a shared hall bathroom. The main area is furnished, shoes off inside, and the wi-fi and TV accounts are shared. Please no smokers (I’m asthmatic), but I love pets! If you bring yours, clear them with the office for separate pet rent ($60 each) and deposit. Bills are separate and average $85 per person each month, but the high was $127 in June/July. Upcoming viewings will be December 9-16.

I am Audra. I am an elementary teacher that will be out most of the day. I like to cook, I clean up after myself, and we are very pet-friendly. I pay the bills on time, and you’ll reimburse me. We are both very social. I sometimes host get-togethers weeknights that do NOT run late (plus you’ll be notified ahead of time); feel free to host friends or family as well. Second roommate: My name is Jewelinna, and I am a 28 year old full-time working professional! I love socializing and drinking coffee. I love to share, and I like to keep the home clean and tidy. I don’t mind sharing any food or appliances we have. I sometimes will have friends and family over for a short period of time and not often, but I will always respect you and notify you!
