This is a double-wide mobile home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Located in the country only 6.8 miles from Tifton City Limits. I have 3 acres of land my property resides on. Very quiet neighborhood, closes neighbor approximately 100 yards away from home. Sits right against the woods with private driveway ( asphalt ). Have double carport, separate from home.

Its only me. I am on s.s.disability but dont need any care from anyone. I am self-dependant. Needing room mate to help me with bills. I am male 61. No girlfriend, no unexpected company to arrive except maybe brother for a night or two once a year to visit. Very quiet person . I am from Tift County, and just purchased this property in 2017. My disability income just dont pay the bills & this is why I need a roommate.
