3 BR/1BA house with large (and awesome) backyard. (fire pit & weeping willow!)

I have 🐶🐶🐶 dogs that are pretty perfect, but we will not be able to accommodate more pets at this time.

Home is fully furnished except spare rooms (I do have some pieces that can be used if needed, excluding a bed.)

Rent includes all utilities and yard maintenance. The home is currently insured under my renters insurance and I am happy to add my roommate(s)!

Laundry temporarily disabled (but will be replacing ASAP, in the interim, there is a laundry mat extremely close!)

Hi! I’m Zarayah. I am 32 years old and a local photographer & I travel for work fairly frequently. I have 3 dogs, Crash, Shandy & Peach. They are super loving and affectionate, but we cannot take on anymore pets.

I am pretty tidy, but not to the point of being overbearing. My main concern is keeping shared spaces clean and usable for everyone. I have a partner that you will likely meet! If you have a partner, there is no issue with them visiting, so long they are respectful of the home and not loud/messy/etc.

I know this is a big thing so I want to be clear- though I travel for work and have pets, I absolutely do not expect anyone to care for them, unless you offer! I have a sitter that is wonderful (background checked and I have worked with her for the better part of a year.)
