Includes utilities, trash pick up and water, Wi-Fi provided free, free use of washer/dryer (please provide your own laundry supplies), fully furnsihed kitchen.
Room is furnished (New Mattress, Bed Linens will be provided), free in-room TV provided if interested. House is a 3/1 (one shared bathroom). DOES NOT include ‘Maid Service’ you, ‘MUST SHARE’ IN KEEPING COMMON AREAS CLEAN!
420 FRIENDLY (legal use only) BUT No Smoking inside, No Drugs, No Pets, No Couple move-ins , No Loud Music, No Partying, No Overnight Guests. Please have proof of income.
