Hi! I have a wonderful home in the Humble/atascocita area. Close proximity to 59 and the beltway. Tons of restaurants etc available, Deerbrook mall and IAH is also nearby. Room has great closet space! Since I am the only one living there, the guest bathroom would be yours all to yourself. Only shared when guests are over and that hardly ever happens. YThe 800$ covers all bills, utilities and internet as well. The room will be available March 11th 2024.

Hi you would be sharing the home with myself and a 13 year old terrier mix. She is a super sweet dog! My boyfriend will occasionally stay the night but he does not live with me. Looking for someone who is respectful of others and responsible. Also cleanliness is important. About me, I’m 32 and a teacher in the houston area. I am a coach and spend most of my time at work. I love to just relax at home when I can. Must clean kitchen after each use (wipe down of counter, dishes etc.)
