This is a private room in a 2 bed-2 bath apartment in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale. It’s a 5-min (at regular pace) walking distance from grocery and pharmacy stores. There are good fast-food restaurants around the apartment complex. A preferred roommate would be someone who likes to be active and promotes a positive vibe in the apartment.

I am an avid outdoors enthusiast with a deep love for winter hiking, dedicating every weekend to exploring frost-kissed trails. Biking, skiing, and running are also integral parts of my active lifestyle, providing myself with both exhilaration and a sense of freedom. While I have a passion for adventure, I also cherish solitude, finding comfort in moments of quiet reflection. My preference for a neat and orderly environment speaks to my organized nature, creating a sense of calm and efficiency in my surroundings. I am efficient in handling all the bills. You can either pay me your rent, or pay itself to the apartment complex, which is an online process.

My current roommate has decided to start a new venture, and hence will be moving out end of January 2024.
