Walking distance to both grocery stories (Aldi & Vallarta) and a Starbucks. Close to the 5 & 14 fwys and the Newhall train station. Biking distance for Henry Mayo Hospital and the Mall. You would have a fully furnished kitchen and home complete with utilities and housekeepers who come at minimum 1x a month to help manage.
I am a working professional and am mainly in Ventura. Depending on the set up, I would come by maybe 1x a month if/when the stars align. Otherwise I am looking for other responsible working professional(s) to enjoy the property with. Please ask me questions :-) Have a good one!
