Hi and thanks for taking the time to read about the room for rent at my house. Here is some information about my place and the rental.

Rental rate - $800 per month All bills included Cox cable internet provided Room size - 10.5 ft x 10.5 ft No pets please

First and foremost, the rental lease period will be no more than 1 year as my girlfriend will be moving in once she is finished with college next summer and this room will become our home office. Currently she is living with me but she will be heading back to college in Flagstaff at the end of August. After then she will come down on the weekends once or twice a month and stay with me in my room. I am also gone regularly on the weekends up to flagstaff and have quite a busy schedule so I’m not home really all that much but more so on the weekends when I am in town. I’m very laid back and enjoy relaxing when I’m home because during the week I am working long hours and playing in a couple sports leagues.

The bedroom is about 10.5 x 10.5 feet with a closet that is 4 feet wide by 2 feet deep. There is currently a full size bed in the room that you can use or if you bring your own I will move that bed out of there for you.

The bathroom will be a private bathroom 95% of the time. It is just across the hall from the bedroom for rent. Since this restroom is in the hallway near the living room it may get used by guests at the house but I do not have guests over very ofter. Two or three times a year my brother or Dad will come visit and stay in the other room in the house, the guest room. They mainly use my bathroom but at night they will use the hallway bathroom as to not enter my bedroom in the middle of the night. And that is why I say it is private 95% of the time, because there may be the rare occasion a guest will use it.

The kitchen is a pretty good size with a fridge and freezer, induction stove and oven, air fryer, toaster oven, and plenty of cookware, plates, and cups. I have a gas grill out back as well. House has a good washer and dryer for you to use. And the living has couches with a 55 inch TV and some streaming services like Netflix.

I don’t mind if you have a significant other spend the night once or twice a week but more than that is like having an additional roommate which is not really the situation I am looking for. I am not wanting to rent this single room to a couple.

I have had both male and female roommates so I have no issues living with either. Just looking for someone who is low drama and is solo, no pets. Please message me and we can set up a time to chat and see if we be a good fit as roommates. Thanks!
