Wei's room

We are looking for a third roommate to share a beautiful new build 5 bedroom, 3 full bath two story house, with a huge a living room, pantry, and neighborhood amenities. The house is in a quite new neighborhood, with a view of woods and water, it is also within 10 minutes driving distance from two Publix, Sam’s club, plenty restaurants to choose from. The prospect roommate will have 2 rooms and a full bath, perfect for working from home professionals. The two rooms for rent are unfurnished, but other space like living room is furnished. House come with washer, dryer, dish washer, microwave, fridge for share.

We are outgoing, friendly, and genuine people. We are considerate and respectful to other people’s space and habits. Both of us work for financial institutions with stable income. Occasionally we have roommates dinner or movie night, or just a crumbl cookies run, all welcome but not mandatory to join. We also live with two cats.
