The property is located in the historic west end of Hartford. It’s about 2 minutes off the highway, and a short trip from downtown Hatford & West Hartford center. There is 1 of 2 rooms available. The first room is furnished(825), the other is unfurnished(725).The furnished room has a queen bed, 2 nightstands, 2 dressers & a closet. The unfurnished bedroom available has been unoccupied, I had turned it into an exercise/gym room but found myself only using it a handful of time this past year. The equipment will be set up in the garage if you’d like to use it. I do have a spare twin bed & dresser if you need it. There are remote controlled ceiling fan/light in most rooms. The kitchen has modern appliances & a dishwasher. There’s paid laundry machines in the basement. Living room has a 65“ TV, couch & chair. The temperature is kept at 65 in the warm months and 68 in the cold months.

I am 34(M) years old, currently living in a 3 bedroom multi family home. I’m clean and quiet, as are the neighbors. The other occupant is 36(F) and is also clean & respectful.
