Looking for male or female who is currently employed and can provide a work reference to share my super clean house. Non-smoker please. Full use of kitchen. Home cleaned 1/week included. Queen size bed. Safe & convenient - Park under carport right next to house and walk into private entrance which leads to small porch and into the private furnished bedroom and shared bathroom. Rent to ONE person only. NO pets. Towels, linens, starter toiletries & toilet paper provided. Rent includes utilities. NOT included is WiFi/cable because low tech guy doesn’t use but you can connect at your expense. Also, NO washer & dryer. House is located 7 min from the beach, 15 min to Hard Rock, 10 min to i95 & Sterling exit, 10 min to Ft Lauderdale airport and 10 min to Hollywood Circle. Absolutely no pets please.
