Hi, so I have a room available and a bathroom that are on one side of the house. It’s in the country but there are plenty houses around. Utilities included if we happen to have a cold winter there may be a $50 extra for power bill Wi-Fi is included. Room may be furnished or unfurnished washer and dryer available backyard , I would like to rent to somebody who has a job full-time or full time student gone during the day no remote work or homebodies. I live in the home alone with my two small dogs. I am very quiet. I don’t have much company if any. Please feel free to call or text with any questions you may have the room would be available last week of August or September 1.

I am the only one who lives in the home with my two dogs. I am very quiet and keep to myself. I like to come home from work and just relax I am a non-smoker do not do drugs. I would like to rent to somebody who is quiet as well. The rent is $875 with a $875 deposit, $600 which is refundable when you move out 275 nonrefundable deposit used as cleaning fee, the deposit can be used as your last months rent. The total move in is $1750 due in cash before you move in or Venmo. There are pictures of the furnished room. it can also be in furnished if you like, I can just move my stuff out I’d like to start month to month for three months and go from there and see how it works.
