Overland Avenue

I have three bedrooms available. The two upstairs bedroom share a bathroom and one room downstairs has no private bathroom.

I just bought the house 3 months ago and it came a little worn down. Looking to fix it up slowly. It has a good size yard, that also needs some fixing up. Overall the house is in a good neighborhood. It is pretty quiet and has friendly neighbors!

I am still cleaning out 2 of the rooms so they aren’t picture perfect yet. If interested contact me and I will send pictures of the rooms available.
