Andrew's room

-About the Apartment - The rent is 650 with all utilities and Wifi. Lease is month to month with first and last months rent due upfront. It is a 3 bedroom one bath with washer and dryer in unit. There are two cats in the apartment. Street Parking, Once every month or two months depending we have a roomie cleaning day, I order us lunch, and we meet up to discuss household needs such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc, check- in on mental health and well being, and making sure that we can feel comfortable bringing up issues that we may have so that we can resolve them as a team. There is a large wooden desk in the room that will have to stay for now. It is solid Mahogany. This desk is open to be used. I just do not currently have somewhere to store it.

A little about me: Andrew I am 30 years old. I work in IT as a Customer Success Manager. Big food loving nerd. Play videogames and board games in my downtime. Currently starting my own 3D printing company focusing on Anime and Board Game accessories to sell at events and localy. Working on learning video editing.

Second Roomate Kiambu 26 years old. Works in both IT and as Server/Security at a bar. Plays videogames and MTG in his downtime and makes music/art. Plays Basketball on weekends Makes badass fried chicken.
