The house can be found on a quiet, private street with very little traffic. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Park Avenue area where you will find many cafes, restaurants, boutiques and a great night life. Summer Pocket Park is a few houses down the street, and bus lines 11 and 41 are a short 5 minute walk away. The 41 bus can get you to U of R, MCC, and RIT and the 11 bus can get you to and from the city center.

The house consists of three bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom. You will have full access to the entire house: kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, basement, and deck. A washer and dryer are available in the basement. The bedrooms available for rent include a closet. Contact me if interested.

I’m 35 years old, I work as an event supervisor for a catering company, and will be finishing my Computer Engineering degree at RIT. I’m easy going, clean, and don’t entertain much at home. I respect others space and am looking for two easy going and clean roommates that will respect the home.
