I am the owner-occupant you will share the townhouse with for the first year. (I may move out after graduation.) I am a law student returning to school after being in the work force for 20 years. I work full time and attend law school in the evenings. I love to cook and will share or prepare meals as part of your rent if desired. I am not around much, besides on weekends when I’m mostly studying. My daughters may visit on college break for a week at most. There are 2 rooms available, so I am considering 2 roommates, but may initially only have 1 for the first year.
