Beautiful house on Walnut street in Center City right in the Gayborhood. Very safe. 3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, very spacious living room, and kitchen, free parking, utilities included. Must be okay with a very friendly and adorable cocker spaniel named Cider. STUDENTS ESPECIALLY WELCOME. It is very close walk to college.

About the roomies

Currently, it is just me: A PhD student and assistant professor. I’m very laid back, clean, and hard-working during the week. On the weekend, I like to go out to the bar or Woody’s or Voyeur and have a little fun! That’s what weekends are for, right? We will need a 3rd roommate within a few months. This can be someone that we agree on together. As long as they are clean, respectful, and pay bills on time, I’m pretty openminded :)
