Very nice Neighborhood .$825 a month Rent - deposit is $300 ,full kitchen priv , fridge is yours in the garage (garage ready fridge new, parking on street , full laundry priv, I own a younger dog / small breed , must love dogs, I’m easy going just need rent on time. Looking for friendly one person only-female roommate only clean n neat n respectful , not 420 friendly , quiet, respectful of one’s privacy ,no sleepovers , ( random people )over etc . no couples, no children. I do allow day visitors Someone who cleans up after themselves in their bedroom, bathroom, kitchen , and laundry room please . No extra storage here or garage use . We can do month to month. give each other 30-notice to move out. No weapons in home please. Safe neighborhood n newer home. Home built in 2020. Absolutely beautiful area. Beautiful parks / nice clean sidewalks to walk on n plenty of walking paths thurout neighborhood. You must have rental insurance for your belongings prior to move in date with proof of it , as my homeowners policy won’t cover it . . It cost a 100 a year or less . We can discuss . I’m 58 , years old , semi retired , I Just moved to Arizona from N Cali, in late 2023 , easy going . Easy to get along with. My dog is a female named Bella , small breed , very friendly . Doesn’t bark very sweet loves to play with her toys and goes for walks Can’t have cats ( I’m allergic ) to dander No smoking inside house. Not 420 friendly .Looking for easy going /friendly , someone that pays rent in a timely manner , clean n quiet . Open to sharing meals occasionally . Enjoy Going to the movies . Reading books and walking and painting . Students welcome/ any age over 18 welcome. Hoping for long term roommate only . 12 months or longer commitment is perfect . No short term roommates at least 6 months to a one year commitment. And a month to month lease will be signed by both of us , I will ask for paystubs, check for employment , and do a reference check on previous places you have paid rent .
