Hi renting a clean beautiful room in a newer home in Surprise . Looking for a female tenant only preferred . Long term only . Looking to stay 6 months to a year or longer . Easy access to US60 & loop 303. Very nice Neighborhood .$1000 rent and includes utilities per month - deposit is $400.00 ,your own bathroom , - only shared if i have company visiting from California ( seldom) ,full kitchen priv , fridge is yours in the garage (garage ready fridge new, parking on street , full laundry priv, NO dogs/cats( I own a older dog)and a younger one . must love dogs, not looking to accommodate other animals , I’m easy going just need rent on time. Looking for friendly one person only-female /male roommate only clean n neat n respectful , not 420 friendly , quiet, respectful of one’s privacy ,no sleepovers , ( random people )over etc . no couples, no children. Someone who cleans up after themselves in their room, bathroom, kitchen , and laundry room please . I just moved in so I’m still organizing and unpacking things. No extra storage here, sorry. We can do month to month. give each other 30-notice to move out. No weapons in home please. Safe neighborhood n newer home. Absolutely beautiful area. Beautiful parks / nice clean sidewalks to walk on n plenty of walking paths thurout neighborhood. No extra storage here . No room for extra animals as I have two small breed dogs . One is 17 n other is a small breed puppy( 4 months ) she sleeps Thur the night and is extremely quiet at night .

I’m 56 years old , semi retired , will be looking for work after I get unpacked. Just moved to Arizona from N Cali, easy going . My dog is female named bunny very good dog . My other is female named Bella both very friendly . Can’t have anymore animals due to her older ones age. I do smoke cigarettes outside , only. No smoking inside house.
