I’m 58 , years old , semi retired , I Just moved to Arizona from N Cali, in late 2023 , easy going . Easy to get along with. My dog is a female named Bella , small breed , very friendly . Doesn’t bark very sweet loves to play with her toys and goes for walks . No extra pets can be brought into home . No smoking inside house. Not 420 friendly .Looking for easy going /friendly , someone that pays rent in a timely manner , clean n quiet . Open to sharing meals occasionally . Enjoy Going to the movies . Reading books and walking and painting . Students welcome/ any age over 18 welcome. Hoping for long term roommate 6 months or longer .
